Managing Your Returns Online: Returning your item/s is easy! During checkout you will have set up a personal member account in which you can see all the orders you have placed and received. In this section of your account there is a 'returns' button next to the items, select this button and our site will take you through the returns procedure; it will ask why you want to return the item, it will also let us know that you are returning an item.
Return Address Label: After managing your returns in your personal account, reseal the bag we sent it in which has a small returns/address sticker on the back (make sure you cross out your original delivery address label on the front with an ink/felt pen). Drop it off at your local post office. We recommend you ask for a 'second class recorded delivery, this will cost you between £3.95 - £4.99 depending on where you live in the UK. And an international recorded delivery from everywhere else in the world.
Personal Returns: You can drop your return off at our home base in Loughborough. Please note however that your refund will be paid back into your bank/paypal account that you paid with.
14 Day Return Policy: Items must be returned within 14 days and in their original condition: Our returns policy does not cover general wear and tear or products that have been altered. All tags must be present and you will need to send back the original invoice in your package so we know who you are.
